Audi Q8
The 2024 Audi Q8 and SQ8 unveil exterior design upgrades, innovative lighting technology and a bundle of technological advancements.
Both models are available in new Sakhir Gold metallic finish exterior colors. Ascari Blue and Chill Red hues are exclusively reserved for the SQ8.
The 2024 Q8 and SQ8 updates also introduce a quartet of new wheel designs, ranging from 21 to 23 inches in diameter. One is for the Q8 and three wheel designs are for the SQ8.
Audi 2024 Q8
The standard 3.0-liter engine in the Audi Q8 generates 355 hp and 369 Ib-ft of torque. The 0V6 engine is mated to an eight-speed transmission with maximum speed of zero to 60 mph in six seconds.
The front fascia includes matrix-design LED headlights and newly positioned digital daytime running lights, establishing a striking visual connection between the headlights and signature single-frame grille.
An optional black optic package adds a pitch-black mask for the single-frame grille, side windows and front and rear fascias.
Q8 vehicles are outfitted with dynamic exhaust outlets that combine refined engine performance with enhanced fuel efficiency.
The exhaust outlets harmonize a symphony of sound for individual preferences, offering a range of customizable settings to suit every driving style.
For drivers who crave a thrilling auditory experience, "Sport" mode delivers a loud and aggressive sound. The "Comfort" mode prioritizes a subdued ambience, ideally suited for those who prefer a serene driving experience.
Audi 2024 SQ8
The SQ8’s standard 4.0-liter engine produces 500 hp and 568 Ib-ft of torque with optimal speed of zero to 60 mph in four seconds.
SQ8’s powerful engine is synced to an on-demand cylinder deactivation technology that shuts down four of the engine's eight cylinders when light load conditions are detected.
When cruising steadily, the system deactivates half the cylinders, conserving fuel without compromising engine performance. With noticeable acceleration, the engine swiftly reactivates all cylinders, delivering the total power needed for responsive driving.
In a groundbreaking move, SQ8 Prestige features digital OLED rear lights for the first time, setting a transformative leap in lighting design. An LED light strip encased in black high-gloss trim and iconic Audi rings seamlessly integrate with the OLED rear lights, traversing the entire rear fascia.
The standard headlights are bolstered by four ready-to-use digital light signatures for enhanced styling and visibility in different driving scenarios. Dynamic turn signals and coming or leaving home lighting animations add a unique flair to every journey.
The 2024 update includes a new adaptive cruise assist display showing lane change cautions, distance warning, intersection assist and traffic light information in vivid full-HD quality.
Audi has also expanded the range of apps accessible through its infotainment system. For the first time, passengers can access mainstream applications from third-party providers like Amazon Music and Spotify from an app store in the MMI head unit.
